MEGHA INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY FOR WOMEN (MIETW)under Crescent EducationalSociety has established the Masters of Business Administration in the academic year 2008-09, with an intake of 60 students, offering Master’s Degree in Business Administration affiliated to JNTU, Hyderabad. The Department offers specializations in the areas of Finance, Human Resource Management, Marketing and Entrepreneurship. The Department has well qualified and highly experienced faculty in all the areas of specializations offered. The College is dedicated to training the next generation of management leaders. The College was built on a foundation of intellectual rigour and a collaborative learning culture. The department’s programmes aim to improve students’ knowledge and practise in order to better prepare them to face the challenges of business. Students get the opportunity to engage their brains with a distinguished faculty to enhance their analytical skills, which the department views as vital in comprehending management in the modern world.

The department is headed by Dr. K. MadhuBabu having 12 years of experience in Research and Teaching. There are 02 Professors, 02 Associate Professors, 09 Assistant professors in the department. All the faculty members are well experienced in their areas of specialization and delivering quality-services to the best of their ability. Students can get aid from the department’s Professors and faculty members with mini-project reports (SDA, English-Lab & DA), Power Point Presentations, delivering seminars, and completing a Major Project at the end of their programme.

In addition to the theory and practical sessions, the department’s faculty members encourage and support students to participate actively in a variety of co-curricular and extracurricular activities both inside and outside the institute, such as Project Works, Case Studies, Seminars, Group Discussions, Mock Interviews, Sports, and Games. Faculty members take part in workshops and training programmes both inside and outside of the institute. Attending these programmes, according to the professors, improves teaching techniques. Faculty members, on the other hand, are often involved in the presentation of papers at national and international conferences. MBA at MIETW provides a rich learning environment with modern infrastructure, provides highly qualified and efficient faculty with effective pedagogy to groom each student to become competent for the global job market. The School focuses on Communication Skills, Management Activities like Business quiz, Poster Presentation, Case Studies, Product launch & Mock Interviews,Guest Lectures from various Industry & Industry Visits.

Masters of Business Managementhas good record of placements and students are placed in renowned organizations like Tech Mahindra, Genpact, Wipro Technologies, Capgemini, Amazon, Cyientand so on. Students at the School of Management Sciences are immersed in real-world leadership issues. Students are expected not only to learn about leadership, but also to display it in every class, event, and activity. At MIETW, each day begins with a single question: “What do I want to do? What difference will you make in the world?” and the response pushes them closer to their goal. The school’s goal is to provide future entrepreneurs with high-quality education systems. Its goal is to teach students discipline, creativity, and moral values. A student is taught all of the abilities necessary for their settlement over the course of two years. The school’s programmes assist students in strengthening their communication abilities in a variety of situations in getting out their hidden talents and mostly helpful to learn job skills required for their placement.
