Academic Calendar 2025–26
The Academic Calendar is prepared by the Academic Committee and approved by the Principal at the start of each academic year. It covers all key events — class commencement, mid examinations, end semester examinations, holidays, and co-curricular activities — for both Odd and Even semesters.
The calendar below is for the academic year 2025–26. The 2026–27 calendar will be published before the commencement of classes in August 2026.

Attendance Policy
- Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in each subject to be eligible for End Semester Examinations.
- Students with 65% – 74% attendance may apply for condonation with valid medical or OD certificates, subject to approval by the Principal.
- Students below 65% attendance will be detained and are not permitted to appear for the End Semester Examination in those subjects.
- Attendance is calculated separately for theory and practical sessions.
Important Notes
- The above calendar is tentative. Changes may be made due to university directives, government holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Any changes to the calendar will be notified through the college notice board, WhatsApp groups, and the student portal.
- End Semester Examination dates are subject to confirmation by JNTUH / Examination Branch.
