MIETW offers postgraduate programmes designed to deepen technical expertise, develop managerial acumen, and prepare graduates for leadership roles in industry and research. All programmes are approved by AICTE, affiliated to JNTUH, and conducted under UGC Autonomous status.
M.Tech – Postgraduate Engineering Programmes
M.Tech programmes at MIETW are research and application-oriented, combining advanced theory with industry-relevant projects. Admissions are through TS PGECET or a valid GATE score.
Eligibility
- B.Tech / B.E. in the relevant engineering discipline from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved categories).
- Valid TS PGECET rank or GATE score in the corresponding paper.
Programme Structure
- Duration: 2 Years (4 Semesters)
- Semester 1 & 2: Core and elective coursework
- Semester 3 & 4: Dissertation / Research Project
- Regular seminars, paper publications, and industry internships encouraged

Research Scientist, Senior Engineer, Assistant Professor (with NET/SET), R&D specialist, Technical Lead. GATE-qualified M.Tech graduates are eligible for PSU recruitment and PhD admission at IITs / NITs.

MBA – Master of Business Administration
The MBA programme at MIETW is designed for engineering and science graduates who aspire to leadership positions in business and management. The curriculum integrates management principles with technology and data-driven decision-making.
