Documents Required for Admission

The following documents must be produced in original along with two sets of self-attested photocopies at the time of admission. Incomplete documentation will result in delay or cancellation of the admission process.

B.Tech (Category A & Category B)

For Fresh Admissions (10+2 Route)

SSC / 10th Class Marks Memo & Pass Certificate
Intermediate (10+2) Marks Memo & Pass Certificate (both years / all semesters)
TS EAMCET Hall Ticket & Rank Card
TSCHE Allotment Order (Category A only)
Study / Bonafide Certificate (Class 6 to Intermediate) – for local candidate status
Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last institution attended
Conduct Certificate from the last institution
Caste Certificate issued by MRO / Tahsildar (SC / ST / BC / EWS — if applicable)
Income Certificate issued by MRO (for fee reimbursement — if applicable)
Aadhaar Card (original + photocopy)
6 recent passport-size photographs (white background)
Bank Passbook / Account details (for scholarship / fee reimbursement)

For Lateral Entry – 2nd Year B.Tech (TS ECET Route)

Situation	Document Required
NRI / NRI-Sponsored candidates	Sponsor's passport, visa & employment proof; relationship certificate
Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates	Disability Certificate from a Government Medical Board (minimum 40% disability)
Sports Quota candidates	Sports achievement certificate issued by competent authority
CAP (Children of Armed Personnel)	Service / discharge certificate of parent; domicile certificate
Migration from other states / universities	Migration Certificate from the previous university in addition to TC
Gap year (break in studies)	Affidavit on ₹100 stamp paper explaining the gap period

General Instructions

All originals will be returned on the same day after verification. Photocopies are retained by the institution.
Photocopies must be self-attested by the student.
Documents in a language other than English / Telugu must be accompanied by a notarised English translation.
Submission of false or forged documents will lead to immediate cancellation of admission and legal action.
Carry all documents in a clear folder / file for easy verification at the HLC and at the college.
