MIETW believes that a well-rounded engineer is not only technically sharp but also physically active. The Sports & Games facility encourages students to pursue athletic excellence, foster teamwork, and maintain a healthy lifestyle alongside their academic pursuits. A dedicated Sports & Games Committee oversees all sporting activities and inter-collegiate participation.

Achievements & Participation
- Students regularly participate in JNTUH inter-collegiate sports meets
- Participation in Telangana state-level university games
- Annual Sports Day celebrated with track & field events and team competitions
- Students have represented the college in volleyball, kabaddi, and athletics at zonal and university levels
Sports & Games Committee
The Sports & Games Committee plans and coordinates all sporting events, inter-department tournaments, and university-level participation. Students interested in representing the college are encouraged to register with the committee at the beginning of each academic year.

MIETW has a dedicated Physical Education department to guide and train students in various sports disciplines.
