Grievance Redressal
MIETW has established a Grievance Redressal mechanism to ensure that grievances from students, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders are addressed promptly and fairly.
Types of Grievances Addressed
- Academic grievances – examination, evaluation, attendance, or curriculum-related
- Administrative grievances – fee, documentation, records, or services
- Infrastructure and facilities complaints
- Inter-personal conflicts and harassment
- Ragging complaints
How to Submit a Grievance
- Submit in writing to the class mentor, department HOD, or the Principal office
- Email your grievance to: megha.inst@meghaengg.ac.in
- Contact the Grievance Redressal Committee coordinator directly
All grievances are treated with strict confidentiality. A written acknowledgment and resolution timeline will be communicated to the complainant.
