Strategic plan

The institution plans for holistic development of the staff and students. The simplest way is to implement quality education and promote professional ethics and adopt transparency and accountability in the institution. In order to materialize the Mission and Vision of the institution, the institute’s academic council works in close collaboration with the IQAC and other academic committees to plan and implement various strategic plans in a friendly and educational environment.

The plans include:

·         To aim for a NAAC status for the institution.

·         To enhance the industry-institute collaborations.

·         Enhancing the ICT-based teaching-learning processes.

·         Enabled with ICT- based teaching

All the above strategic plans are monitored by the IQAC that meets often and decides on academic quality control issues. Apart from the above, the institution’s strategic plans critically examine the grooming of students for a rewarding and excellent future.

The major objective of the strategic plan is to achieve standardized improvement in the quality of technical education that the institution imparts in line with the Vision and Mission of the institution.  It also aims to meet the expectations from all the entities, students, teachers, parents and employers to achieve higher levels of satisfaction.

Perspective Plan for development

The institution plans for its all-round development and plans are designed for the improvement of the existing set up which is an unending process, and the institution never lags behind in this process. The Institution has a spacious campus which offers great potential for the development and expansion of the existing infrastructure. The institution is also planning on building a hostel on the campus; the construction process is underway. Many such developmental projects are being taken up for implementation in the days to come. A few of them are listed below.

·         To establish better academic practices and procedures in the institutions.

·         To encourage Research Development in the institution.

·         To offer value-added certificate programs in all department and disciplines.

·         To organize more National and International Conferences/workshops.

Training and placement cell provides the opportunities from various reputed firms and industries.  Soft skills training programs ensure that the students develop confidence and ready to face the challenges and be job-ready.
