The Procurement Committee at MIETW oversees the transparent and accountable purchase of equipment, materials, and services for all departments.
Objectives
- Establish transparent procurement procedures in line with institutional and government norms
- Evaluate and approve purchase requests from departments
- Invite competitive quotations and assess vendor proposals objectively
- Ensure quality verification of purchased goods and services
- Maintain procurement records and audit trails
- Coordinate with finance for budget compliance
