Waste Management Committee

The Waste Management Committee at MIETW is responsible for implementing effective waste management practices on campus and promoting environmental sustainability.

Objectives

• Implement systematic solid waste management across all campus zones
• Promote segregation of biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste
• Organize awareness campaigns and workshops on environmental sustainability
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of classrooms, laboratories, and common areas
• Encourage reduction, reuse, and recycling practices among students and staff
• Document waste management activities and submit periodic reports
